Classes/Workshops
As
the oldest of five girls, I understand the insecurities and challenges
that often accompany a girl's life. I guide girls to a place of self-empowerment and love by using tools such as; journaling, quote exploration,
critical thinking, gratitude and visualization.
Programs
are geared for teen girls ages 13-19 and can be used
as one-time workshops or ongoing classes. All classes include the appropriate
handouts, exercises and, of course, dark chocolate.
I believe
in the power of girls so greatly that I created the following dynamic
programs to meet their needs:
Get It OUT! Girls Group
· Journaling Exercises
· Quote Exploration
· Poetry
· Visualization
· Group/Partner Exercises
Addresses family issues, romantic relationships, negative
body image, friendships with other girls and how to powerfully create
your future. Girls will receive decreased stress, improved relationships
and increased self-esteem from this multi-dimensional, highly interactive
program.
Love
Your Body - Everyday!
· Journaling exercises
· Visualization
· Self-love rituals
· Healthy eating techniques
We examine
the ways our culture and media promote an unhealthy body image and how
we can make choices that allow us to love our bodies, no matter what the
shape/size. The message is: through self-love we become our most attractive
selves, for ourselves. From there, we discuss healthy eating and exercise
techniques that allow girls to feel empowered by their choices in relation
to food and exercise.
Create Your Perfect Life
· Journaling Exercises
· Positive Reinforcement
· Visualization Techniques
· Strategic Attraction Plan
Utilizes
the tools outlined in the eBook I co-authored with Brooke
Emery, Creating Your Perfect Day. Also teaches girls how
to create a strategic attraction plan, powerfully setting them up to attract
whatever they want into their lives. Focuses on creating the most positive,
self-confident YOU to achieve goals/dreams. Utilizes concepts from Jan
Stringer's Perfect
Customers program.
