As the healing cycle continues, I find myself drawn to chicken & wild rice soup with toast. Not very exciting, but it’s what I’m loving right now.

Ezekial Bread (try Low Sodium – just got it and you cannot tell a bit of difference)
1T Smart Balance Light butter

Dip in your fave soup!
